Can i register a trademark ,name and logo in sl?

Not within SL. But you can register it for real in real life, and enforce that registration within SL, if you're willing to go to court to back it up.

Honestly anything you originally create, if its 100% yours does not even have to be trademarked. If you created it and its 100% yours and you have the original copys (everything created has a timestamp when made) its yours. and anyone else with it is consider theift. in the SL ToS. but if you really want to trademark it I would do so In RL. I do not think they do it in SL

Sure.  If in the US, go to uspto.gov.  One of the people who answered seemed to confuse copyright and trademark rights.  Registering a trademark gives you the exclusive right to use it for the use for which you register it.
