Firefox browser is blocking or not opening properly with SL viewer software

Hi Faubio! If I remember well, it is recommended by the Phoenix team to manually clear all the others viewer's caches before installing the latest Firestorm. This normally should fix your problem. You may otherwise deinstall any viewer other than Firestorm and make sure you only have this one on your computer.

Hello Faubio. I haven't noticed this problem so far. I use Firefox 9.0.1 and V3.2.5. However i have IE8 as default browser (i open all pop-ups with it). I don't know if that makes any difference and i can't think what causes your issue.
