Voice stopped working on main avi... works fine on alt. How to get it working on main avi again?

Hi - I'm on Phoenix 1600 viewer, using a Mac. My alternative avi's voice works fine, I tested her this morning using the same exact viewer that I have on my laptop so I've narrowed this down to be my SL account only as a restriction. I've resetted voice a number of times within Phoenix... still doesn't work. It's not a Phoenix issue because voice works on my alt. It's specifically an issue with my SL account Isabella08 Parx. Any hep is appreciated.

Hello Isabella. Which viewer do you use? Some suggestions below from Pheonix Wiki but they work for all viewers:

Not sure if this will help, but I have noted that on FIRESTORM the veiwer settings to no always transfer over to the alt account (or visa versa) so there may be a possiblitiy that something got switched off by accident on your main account and not your alt. What I am saying is that on FIRESTORM anyway (I haven't used Phoenix) some settings stick and others do not.

I would go through the step by step Phoenix info again and then check to see if there are any difference between account settings. You might also try a different viewer and see if things work better for your main.
