why does my profile editor only have a blank pick and a small lock

Edit: I did find this from another Resident, qoute:

There is a separate picks tool now.  The button has a tack icon on it.  If its not showing on your UI then do a CTRL-T to pull up the Customize Toolbars window and drag the Picks tool on to one of the toolbars.  Once you have it, it is a simple matter of selecting the Picks and clicking the Edit button.  Adding a Pick is the plus sign at the bottom and deleting is the trash can.
