How can I ban or stop someone from joining one of my open enrollment Groups?

I have a Group with open enrollment and it is needed to be so. I have booted a person several times for griefing other residents and he keeps reappearing. How can I stop him from joining the Group? Is it possible?

It is not possible if the group is Open Enrollment.

The short answer is you can't.  Even if you could, there is nothing stopping someone from creating an alt and rejoining the group. 

Continue to check you group as frequently as needed and boot him or her anytime they join. Alternatively, some group owners close their group for open enrollments temporarily, explain why, and ask that people who want to join contact them directly for membership  Most people that cause this type of trouble eventually get tired of playing their games and cease on their own after a period of time when they see it gets them nowhere.

You can file an abuse report on the individual each time he or she is in violation of TOS.  If warranted by the seriousness of what is happening he or she may be banned from SL.  For less serious violations, people are also banned if LL continues to get AR reports on the same person and they get a 'bad record'.
