Effington Hills changes with the seasons, currently the sim is covered with snow and offers some winter sports.  Rivers and lakes are frozen and perfect for sledding and ice skating and, of course, snow ball fights.

Effington Hills is part of Felix Estates. This is a residential sim with some public areas and the remaining and parcels available for purchase. There are no commercial parcels available in Effington Hills.
