lost horse how can i retrive it not in my inventory

Have a look in your inventory - particularly the Lost and Found folder - for a coalesced cube. Your horse might have been derezzed along with other items. 

If you have an idea of roughly where your horse is lost, you can also use an object scanning device to try and find it.  Generally, though, animals and vehicles that go astray usually get auto-returned at some point.
