Not your entire inventory: you can only give to your new account the Linden Dollars, the transferable items and the landmarks. All the no transfer items will remain in you husband's account inventory. Not sure about the friends calling cards but you may give a try. If there are objects that you created (or on which you have full permissions) and that you want to transfer, select them, click-right on them and set the permissions as "next owner can copy/modify/give away-resell". Them pass them on to your new account.

If you are on your husbands account, you cannot transfer anything from your account to anyone, if by your account you mean ellaDuart and by your husband's account you mean not ellaDuart.  

However, if you are on your husbands account, anything that is transferable you can transfer to another account, to include lindens, just choose pay.
