Portrait orientation in latest version does not fit screen

I used to be able to put my screen at 270% to get portrait orientation of SL. With the latest version the right hand side of the screen is cut off hiding the sound controls and notifications in the top right of the screen. Additionally smaller windows such as IM box will not move from the position on the right, and will not resize. Changing screen resolution values does not make the right hand side of the viewer window appear.

The viewer fits correctly in standard (landscape) orientation. The portrait orientation continues to work correctly in othe rapplications beside SL.

There seems to be some type of problem resizing the SL window to less than a certain size. This has been reported to have been solved in the next release, which right now is the Beta viewer. You could try downloading that if you want and see if this is true or not.
