having trouble logining onto sl unable to connect to sl grid?

Log into a different location.  If you do not have the startup location choice on your login screen, go to Me - Preferences - General tab and check the Show at startup selection next to the Startup location.

ETA:  Getting senile in my old age.  Forgot to give you some locations to try.   Smith, Aqua and Pooley are good choices!

ETA2: Oh, a Phoenix/Firestorm only user.  Have you tried their website for assistance?
