Problems with sale of land

I'm guessing  that you and your partner owned the land as a group.  When you sell group land, the money goes into the group dividends first and then is distributed to all the group members who have the group ability to Pay Group Liabilities and Recieve Group Dividends.  The distribution of group funds occurs within 24 hours after the funds are received.

ETA:  You can verify that the funds went to the group by opening the Group Info and looking at the Land/Assets tab
