Is there another way to contact with merchant except IM or PM?

The only way I found to contact with merchant is through IM or PM.

[Search member>type merchant's ID>write IM / PM (I chose PM)]

Is there Is there another way to contact with merchant except IM or PM(Private Message)?

 

And, how long does it take to get a reply on average?

Hello Raki. It is not something standard. Some residents don't log in often. The best way is to send a notecard to the merchant because sometimes im's get capped. Alternatively you can whire a review at Marketplace for the product, mentioning everything you like or not and rate. Bad reviews or rates sometimes make the merchant to contact you more quickly. Happened to me in past. Of course if you get support, after you can change your review and your rate.

Other than IM and PM, you can send them a notecard by dropping it onto their profile. You may not get an immediate reply as merchants are not necessarily loging in everyday. The average time for a response vary from one seller to another. You may consider your message as not answered after 2 or 3 days. In this case, if you have an issue you can open a support case: marketplace > failed delivery.
