Hello Suhaila. Sounds like a problem with your graphics card. Try to download the last drivers for your graphics card:

For Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

For Amd: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

For Intel: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

If the problem remains, try a different version of Viewer 3. Versions 3.2.1 and 3.2.5 beta available here, or try a Third-Party Viewer.
