problems with my conection

Its getting really annoying to log into sl these days, everything started when i went to a laggy sim and from that day to now, i just cant do anything else. My internet connection is actually really good, but it is a little unstable these days like going from 35 kb to 4mb in seconds, and it increases and decreases, and when i touch anything in sl everything just stop, cant walk, cant type, cant browse and etc. 

Can anyone help me in some way ? thanks

Two simple things to do.  Clear your cache and reboot your modem and router.

Hello Lena and welcome to SL Forums. If you use wireless, just avoid it. It is no recommended for SL. Use direct cable connection.
