You have two options. You can submit a support ticket to LL explaining the issue and requesting a redelivery: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
Or you can contact each creator individually and request redelivery. Read the creators' profiles to see how they prefer to be contacted, and send them either a notecard or an IM. Again, explain the issue and request a redelivery. Include the transaction history, which you can find at your dashboard > my account > transaction history.

This is causing some people to not recieve offline notifications, including deliveries. The workaround is to mute something or someone - doesn't matter what or who. Give that a shot, as well.
