inventory issue I guess

Hi, I am a new avatar and I having some trouble. I have been hitting MM boards to help with getting some stuff since I do not have $ to buy stuff right now, but I am not recieving anything even after I get an email telling me that I've won something. This has happened to EVERY MM board not just one store. I am also not getting ANY group notices.  Can someone help me or tell me where to go to get help. Thank You!

Basically, mute someone, anyone. You can then unmute them.
