changing the axis of a prim......................

ok, so i am trying to make a chrismas card, and so i have made it, put the door script in, but the opens on its axis which is in its centre, making the "door" a rotating door instead of a swinging door. anyone want to tell me a simple way to change the axis please?...help would be much appreciated as i want to get this card out to my friends before christams..................thank you in advance you lovelies

Assuming it's a simple box, try pathcut start=0.125, end=0.625 and adjust the size accordingly.
