Chosen Few
Unless I'm mistaken, Curvy 3D offers no direct way to control the polygonal structure of your model, nor the UV layout. This makes it pretty useless when it comes to modeling for any realtime environment, SL included. The amount of cleanup work you'd have to do in a more capable program after the fact would take far longer than if you'd just made the model in the other program, from the start. If you've got a hundred bucks burning a hole in your pocket, I could suggest much better things to spend it on.
Morgaine Christensen
I have not tried Curvey 3d and really know nothing about it. You might consider Blender; it's free. Blender's user interface is much easier than it use to be.
MarinaBrooke
i already think i wasted my money on Curvey3d.. while its so much easier then Blender for the 2d minds.. when i import the sculpts to Sl they are only 1 sided.......... UGH! Even with Blender how do i convert mesh to sculpt???
