cant login into aditi

everytime i try to login to aditi i get the error in the picture below, however i can login to agni just fine no problems and i have friends that can login to aditi without any problems, so whats the deal and how do i fix it? i dont have a firewall or a antivirus and the windows firewall is fully turned off, i have also restarted my modem and router and that didnt fix it, i have cleared the viewers cache and restarted and reinstall and that didnt work and i have tried other viewers aswell and get the samething with aditi

Have you tried logging into a different sim? 

Have you tried logging in with an alt?

Only thing that springs to mind is perhaps you're in a different country to your friends and there is some issue that hasn't yet gone onto the grid status page.

I just looked at the time you posted your query, and realise many hours have passed, and you're possibly ok now. Hope so.

yes and yes and they are in the same country as me the same state even so it should work on my account but it does not i can login with a alt but not my main

I'd be contacting Live Chat and seeing if they can shed light on it.  As you can log in on alt but not main, obviously not a problem with the grid, more something pertinent to your individual account.  The experts should have the answers.
