I want to learn how to build clothes.

I am new and I dont want to spend tons of money if I dont have to. Can someone teach me how to build clothes and other things please? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide,

Check out the freebies on the Marketplace, at Free Dove, and even ar many shops. 

Participate in the "Hunts".  The Peace on Earth hunt will fill your inventory wiith neat FREE stuff.  http://peaceonearthhunt.wordpress.com/  

For clothing making, you can take classes in-world for free. In the SEARCH tab, go to EVENTS and select Education ... there will be a list of all educational events for the next couple of days. Pick one.

She's stopped updating them, but I found Natalia Zelmanov's walk-throughs about how to make clothes (and lots more) invaluable when I was learning.

I'd also suggest checking some of the In-World groups.   Builders Brewery offers a wide range of free classes in all sorts of things, including clothes, and so does the group New Citizens Inc.   There are lots more, of course, but those are the first two I can think of.
