Do I need a new viewer or something?

Is there anything I can do since SL wont work?Every time its on the last part of loading it crashes every single time theres no time where it doesnt crash!! Is it something my computer needs? Is it a severe problem? Plz HELP!! Without some computer specs there is very little anyone can do to help.  Launch your viewer but don't log in.  Under the help menu click "About Second Life".  You'll see the basic computer specs that the viewer reports to the servers.  Copy and paste them back here so we can get an idea of what the problem might be.

 

To add to this thread use the options in the upper right hand corner of you initial post and then choose "edit".  This software does not allow you to post to your own thread........don't ask why.
