how do I reinstall video graphics card?

Don't really know where to post.  This is a new just out of the box laptop. " hp Pavilion dv6-6 173cl Entertainment PC"

I bought this computer for this prupose, please help.  The message says, Try reinstalling video driver, if continued problem to contact Second Life Support Portal.  How do I reinstall video driver?

Are you getting an error message during the download? What is it? When is or does the download appear to be stopping?

What happens when you try to download?  It's possible you need to download and install as administrator...depends on how your computer is set up.  Not enough information for much help.

 

To add to your thread go to Options in the upper right hand corner of the text box for your initial post and "Edit".

Hello Katia. When you click to download don't select "Run". Select "Save". If the problem remains, try to reboot your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins. I agree with others that more informations required.
