Bought an item in the marketplace and got 2 of it!! How do i get a refund?

I bought an item from a shop in the marketplace and when my email confirmation arrived it showed i had gotten 2 of the items and been charged twice! i told the seller and they said to submit a support ticket because the confirmation code is the same?? How do I do this and how do i get a refund? Thanks

You can follow the Help link near the top of this page to file a Ticket. Go to your Dashboard at your account page and look in the Transaction history for the event, include that information in your ticket with Support.

Hello KatieEvers. Normally if you accidentally purchased the product twice and it is copy, the merchant should have given you the refund if we accept that he payed the double. It happened to me recently, i contacted the merchant and i got my lindens back, same time. If the product was no copy, everyone could buy it 2 or more times so it is a problem. If so, you can submit a ticket at the following link: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/  --> Marketplace Category --> General Marketplace issues. Good luck.
