What is a good sculpting program?

I see all these programs, from high teck, to drawing lines in dirt techniques. I need a good program. I tried DAZ 3D and it just seems like scamy software to me.

 

Oh, I'd also like to say that I feel Blender is the worst program ever made, like making a car without a steering wheel. Please, some lesser know programs perhaps?
