THANK YOU for all your help for previous question stil having alittle trouble with this answer though, please can you tell me where to find V3 please!

In V3, show the list with your groups (Menu Communicate --> My groups). After, right click on the group you want to hide --> View Info --> Unselect "Show in my profile" --> Save. Repeat same process for all the groups you want to hide.
