Boxed landmarks

Is it possible to put folders/landmarks from your inventory into a box and give them to someone else? I know it's possible to give someone a folder, but it cannot contain more than 40 landmarks and I want to find a way to transfer more than 40 without making more folders.

I never tried boxing LM's, but what I usually do (and prefer to receive myself) is put LM's in a notecard. That way you dont get all those extra's in your inventory - a notecard is easy to open and to browse through.

Not sure what the maximum in a notecard is though!

Hello Victorine and welcome to SL Forums. You can't give more 42 items in a single inventory transfer. SL limitation.

You can put any type of inventory item into a box and transfer it that way.  I do this all the time when i need to transfer more than the 40 item limit.  Its safer to do this than transferring folders even if there is less than 40 items.  I've done folders and lost things, but never lost anything in a box.

In V3, Menu Build --> Build (or click the Build button) --> Create a cube --> Drag the landmarks you want into the cube. (If they are in a queue click the first one --> hold Shift --> click the last one. If no, select them one by one holding Ctrl.) When you have selected all, drag into the cube --> right click on the cube --> Take. You are ready to transfer it to another resident.
