I get this ERROR message when uploading profile pic

I usually update my profile via firefox/Internet Explorer instead of in game.. and I've never had this problem but now I'm getting this error message when uploading a pic

 

AccessDeniedInvalid according to Policy: Policy Condition failed: ["eq", "$Content-Type", "image/png"]1B948DAC50741E53bhfu/29jZqXWF+GPkcGcl8aKaoDzR9hmXrCU6bhZQ4ZRoI0yFoOydGTyMTGIgrYY

 

 

EDIT: It's a png file and not even 1MB so I don't know why I'm getting htis error and as I stated I am doing it via the web, not in game. ( https://my.secondlife.com/ )  I've had no problems in the past with this until now

Make sure you upload a picture from your computer, not from your inventory. The picture must be a Jpg., Png. or Gif file and must not exceed 5 Mb.
