Why when i try to log onto my account i keep getting the error unable to connect to simulator?

There was a region restart and i got kick then all of a sudden i am getting that error can not connect to simulator. I have looked at all the answers on here but still no way of getting booted from that group.Please can someone help me?

Hello Glory and welcome to SL forums. We have currently issues in world with regions rolling restarts. Please see: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ Try to log in a different region like Smith, Lime or Pooley. If it is no possible, just make some patience and watch this space for updates.

Almost everybody seems to be having this issue Glory. This restart is causing much more problems than it does usually. We have to be patient and keep and eye on our dashboards... :smileysad:

[updated 9:46 PST, 8 November 2011] We are aware that there are more regions down for an extended period of time during this roll than usual and we are currently working to resolve the issue. Please check back here for updates.

Hey

Some viewers in Advanced Log In mode have the option to choose where you wanna log in at.

For example its "Start Location:" for Emergence Viewer. I just had the same problem. And at the Start Location tab choose <Type Region Name> and type "Rooney" Should let you log in then.
