Camera View Distortion

I am having a weird issue with my view perspective. Everything looks stretched, almost like a fisheye effect. I was in a snadbox, trying on skins, and noticed that everything looked kind of stretched away from the center of focus. I can't even get a good idea of what my avi looks like because of the distortion.

 

I've tried logging out and back in, and I've travelled to two other sims, but am still getting this effect. I've never seen this before. What can I do do get the camera view to return to normal?

Go onto me->preferences->Move & View and adjust the camera angle slider and the other one (which I don't remember what is called atm ). That should take care of the distortion issue.
