No, you cannot have more prims than the 117 allowed on your Linden home 512 sqm. As a premium member, you can buy a bigger parcel on the Mainland (1024 sqm for instance will allow you 234 prims) but you will be charged for any supplementary sqm over the 512 free ones. See the pricing chart here:

Look for some low prim furniture in second life - using tortured prims, sculpties and mesh it is possible to make nice looking furniture with very low prims.  I believe there are several stores that specialise in this area.

Hello donnafs and welcome to SL Forums. Valerie gave you the right answer. However allow me to say that 117 prims are enough to decorate a Linden Home (i have decorated several till now and i have never used more than 85-90 prims) if you use them wisely with low primed stuff. One step further, it is no good to move in another 512sq m2 Mainaland parcel without a Linden Home because your home is arround 60 prims. So the total prims you use there are 177 prims, except if you are able to pay additional monthly tier or in Mainland or in Private Estate.
