i return everything to me from my land but im still missing an item in my inventory

i return everything to my inventory  and im still missing an item in my inventory i even  check  lost  found  and  its  no  were  in my inventory  but  everything else  came  back

Assuming it was an object with linked parts, look for a coalescent object in your lost and found and objects folder (it looks like a broken cube). It can have any name. Go to a place you are allowed to rez objects ( a sandbox will do). Click edit terrain and drag the cube slightly above the ground. All what's in it will rez in the same position as it was before your returned the object. Pick each item one by one back to your inventory.

Did you check for coalesced objects?  If you pick up several unliked objects at one, they return to your inventory packed together as a single coalesced object.  It has an icon next to it that looks like a small stack of blocks, and it will have the name of ONE of the individual items packaged in it.  To unpack it, you'll have to rez the object again and take the parts back individually.
