I paid but cant get a furnish home and my car what can i do

Hi Please check my account you see i buy regular and furnish home and still i have no home and car that I buy  but cant get any thing I dont understand this game can someone help me please thank you

We are just residents like you here, we cannot check your account. Can you please be more specific about your problem? Where did you buy the house and the car? Inworld or on the Marketplace? Have you been charged for your purchases (check your transaction history on your dashboard > account, or in your markeplace account > purchase history.

Also do a search by name in your inventory: if delivered, the house and the car will appear as boxed and you will have to unpack them:

If you were charged but not delivered, you will have to contact the seller (either in IM or with a notecard) with a copy of your transaction number and ask politely for redelivery.

Well.....can you describe a little more what is actually your problem?

From the headline of your question I guess you upgraded your account from basic to premium, right?
