Snowglobe is being affected by the server?

Today I had to unplug my computer by an emergency and when I got back  the cache got to clear by itself and when I wanted to communicate with people in a group there were no groups listed.

I got in Second Life 2 and i could not get access in my Profile to check them and I know they are still them because my account in the SL website list them.

What can I do, please.

Also I cannot teleport

I am very sad about this because I do not know what is happening.

Clear cache and log back in. If that doesn't work, try some different viewers.

It's not a problem with Snowglobe.

I tried with other viewers as i explained when i said i used the SL2 and I cant have access to my profile and phoenix practically has the same problem. No groups.

OK, if you're using Phoenix, then I suggest going in-world and asking in group chat for help from Phoenix/Firestorm support. See if you can join the group http://world.secondlife.com/region/b658cbe5-c561-4bbf-87b6-a8362b2f0e12
