HELP ME No teleport no IM

My main avatar can't send IMS also can't teleport, I crash when i try, I have another avatar and this one can teleport and send IM but so is not a firewall problem, My main avatar just can't. HELP ME

Log out and enter Advance Mode on your viewer screen (you will see the selection box.)  Log back in advanced mode.

Hello Kim. Try to clear your cache under your Preferences and relog. If it doesn't work clear your cache manually.

In Basic Mode avatars are able to send and recieve IM's.

That recently happened to me untill eventually i ended up as a cloud.  I don't know the techie reasons but the following worked  - 

log in to the smith region, you'll find yourself underwater.  i found that resolved the issue for both my main and alt.
