Is it possible to dedicate a small area of your land to let the public rez items?

 I have a small club that offers new dancers free outfits is it possible to have a small area where they can rez these items without putting on public build?

Hello funkilicous. Yes it is possible. Right click on the ground --> Edit terrain --> Select a small part of land --> Subdivide. A prompt asks you to confirm the split. Once you agree, your land is divided into two separate parcels. This way you will split the currently selected land into a separate parcel where you can give the right for rezz without affecting the rest land. Both parcels can have their own names, land options, and so forth, and will accrue traffic independently of one another.
