If, by letting your sister "play" with your baby, you gave it to her and the prim baby was transfer/no copy then when she got banned you're bady is gone.........you can't get it back.  If it was transfer/copy then you should still have a copy in your inventory (but it's not likely the baby was transfer/copy).
