ich habe meiner freundin eine partnerschafts anfrage geschickt, sie kommt aber nicht bei ihr an, ich habe es dreimal versucht, aber ohne erfolg

wo liegt der fehler?

Requests to partner should go through immediately, but sometimes there is a delay.  When you send the request, do you get a message on your own web page that the message has been sent?

You will know that when you send a partner request, your loved one receives the request by email.  Ask your friend to look in their "spam" folder.  She can also look at her secondlife.com web page https://secondlife.com/my/account/partners.php?lang=en-US   and see if a request to partner you is waiting for her there.
