win_crash_logger.exe has stopped working

Hello.

I signed up to SL some hours ago, downloade software and if i try to run it then first this give me message like " Just so you know, your computer does not meet Second Life's minimum system requirements. You may experience poor performance..... etc etc " ....and if i still click on "sign in " after while i get this  error message "win_crash_logger.exe has stopped working"....

Then i went to "help " in SL Viewer and got this information about my system;

But since i dont know nothing about computer systems and all that kind of stuff, :matte-motes-bashful: so, i wanted to ask  if  i am able to use SL with my laptop or not with those indices and that "problem" is fixable :matte-motes-smile:

Here are the minimum and recommended system requirements to run SL.  Apparently, your computer does not meet the minimum requirements.

I agree with Venus. You won't be able to run V3 nor probably V2. However, you may be able to use an older version of the viewer, such as 1.23.5. It's worth a try anyway. You can download it here:

Hello Helena. Seems that your Intel Cantiga is so "weak" to handle and run Second Life. Try to download and run VIewer 1.23 (the old one). You can find it here. If you can't run that eighter, i think you need a another laptop.

You can try the older version that is linked in the other two answers but if you get the same or similar message, you cannot run SL. Sorry!
