why do i keep getting a message saying Not available for redelivery on my market place  i have 2 items that wont deliever and are not flagged..can anyone help  im new to marketplace : )

When I have items that do not get delivered, I look up the seller in SL and I send a note card showing purchase details and ask them to send the item to me. Most send as soon as they receive the note card.  I have even had it where it says the item has been delivered and I have not received the item I do same thing then too. I hope this helps
