I can not find the items I purhased from the market help please

I've purchased items from the market and recieved the emails that they were sent I then logged in and seen the boxes at the bottom excepted all of them but I can not find any of the items in my inventory anywhere maybe I'm doing something wrong can someone please assist me!! ANY HELP WOULD BE HELPFUL THANKS

The items should be in your "objects" folder in inventory.

They will almost certainly be "boxed", like a delivery from a RL shop, and you will need to unpack them before you can use/wear them.

To do that rez them in-world, right-click > open and 'copy to inventory'

That happen to me the other day. I just went ahead and got them over again, I was in a rush that's why. If you find out why could you contact me also.
