Is Anyone Experiencing Unrequested Sim Rollbacks?

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a new disturbing trend. One of my sims was rolled back by about a month and today another one has been rolled back by a week! Help! Many lost objects and time. Has anyone else had this happen?

They do occasionally rollback a few mins or an hour or two without being requested, its extremely annoying if you are building, but I have never heard of a sim being rolled back a month or even a week, in fact you can`t even request a rollback that far, you should get in touch with the consierge, something is very wrong there.

Thanks, I am working with them. I have above photos showing before and after. New tenant's lots have been replaced by old tenants lots.

Update: No real explanation, but they were helpful and responsive. They managed to restore the sims. I am very grateful. Second Life support has improved dramatically over the last year!
