Please help me with sculpts ! (wings)

Hi , I used wings 3d to make a sword and installed the sl plug in and then restarted the program , but it doesn't work i don't see the second life sculpty 3d.bmb anywhere , i checked exporter and importer .

can you please help me ? i reinstalled the program twice and still can't see it .

You may not have the right plug in.  When I first tried, mine didn't work either.

I run a Mac so had problems, towards the end of the blog is a different URL http://www.oortman3d.com/wings3d.html.  This site has a download that helped fix my issue might help with yours as well.

I have repeatedly tried to use Wings to see if it does anything I can't do with Sculptypaint, but it never works for me, no matter what machine I'm on. 

I think there has to be some perfect storm of unstated variables for Wings to work correctly, and for the few people for who it works, these variables are not even known.

Once I did a little reading, I had no problem fixing my issue.  It works fine on my machine now.  The issue that I have is there are few SL related tutorials out there.  I like Wings cause it is pretty easy to use and less confusing than others I have tried.
