Partner acceptance troubleshoot problem...

I received a partner proposal from the love of my SL but each time I choose "i accept" the acceptance does not finalize the proposal.  I have enough L$s to pay my L$10 and I clearly received the email...but the proposal never completes.  Isn't this as simple as clicking on "I accept"?  Who at Linden Labs can help me to solve this problem?  Can I go anywhere in-world for help?  Or is there a chat forum that I may ask for hel?.  Someone told me NCI but when I go there no one is ever around in these sims. I would love to accept the proposal before the expiry but can't seem to get it to work.

You can file a Ticket with Support.

I don't think Live Chat can help you.

For future reference, if you have a Premium account and cannot find help via the standard procedures and self-help, you may file a ticket with support.

It's a known bug in the partnering system since a couple of months. See this JIRA: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4011

In the meantime, you can put the picture and name of your lover in your profile and vice-versa and write some text about you two being partnered in SL, even though you didn't go through the technical partnering process.

Kuula sim is NCI's main and busiest site.  In the past few years I've hardly ever seen it empty although most of the others often are.  In any case if this is a bug as said below there won't be anything that can be done about it :-(
