My avatar will not load correctly it says my clothes are still downloading. What can i do to fix it

My avatar will not load.  I can not see myself and if i use the rebake method that someone else told me i have no shape and no eyes.  Can someone help me?  The strange part is I have two avatars and the other one loads perfect.

There are several causes for bake failure, so the same solution does not work for everyone.  Take a good look here >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=fs_bake_fail .  Start at the top with the simple things, and work your way down the list until you find what works for you.  I know it says Firestorm, but the methods work for any viewer.
