Question

I checked the invoice and it said I was not charged for the items, but I was. I did not recieve the items, and I was not refunded. I made a purchase a few moments after and recived the item just fine. How do I get the products or my money back? The status just says delivery failed and I believe it's been over the 8 hour mark.

Thank you Valarie and LoveAngeL, I am contacting the owners, I received two of the items from the owners already. :)

Copy/paste your transaction number into a notecard, explain there was a delivery issue and ask politely the merchant for redelivery. There have been many delivery issues on the marketplace for the last few days. All merchants are well aware of this so you shouldn't have any problem receiving a new copy of your item. Send the notecard along with an IM, some sellers prefer notecards, others prefer IM, so just do both to be sure.

Hello Navitus. Normally you must to wait up to 24 hours. That's what LL officially reports. If this time expires and you are sure that you didin't recieve your purchases, submit a ticket https://suport.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what happens and wait for a reply. Be sure that someone will help you.

You can follow of course Vallerie's  suggestion. Good luck.
