  1. I checked the invoice and it said I was not charged for the items, but I was. I did not recieve the items, and I was not refunded. I made a purchase a few moments after and recived the item just fine. How do I get the products or my money back? The status just says delivery failed and I believe it's been over the 8 hour mark. Thank you Valarie and LoveAngeL, I am contacting the owners, I received two of the items from the owners already. :)
