How to access the "Delivery" Window for items bought in the marketplace?

I purchased three items in the marketplace before reading up on the full process (smart move, I know), and when the items were sent to my account, I closed out of the window where you... accept them, I guess would be the term for it. I only ended up getting one of the items, and now I can't figure out how to get the other two into my inventory. And I have no clue if I'm wording this well at all... I'm a super-noob at this whole thing, so I apologize.

Since it sounds like you refused them, you need to EITHER contact the merchants involved (you can see a list of items you purchased in your marketplace account and find the names of the sellers) OR send in a support ticket and tell them what you did and that you need redelivery. At least you KNOW now .
