when me and this guy, where getting busy, a bubble came up that said congrats you were just impregnated, you will be posted about the health of the baby, and the baby is due in 9 days, where do i get those updates?

You are not pregnant. In order to have an SL 'pregnancy' you will have to purchase a kit from one of several sellers.  You might ask the dude what was the message.  Unlike RL, you cannot get SL pregnant by just 'getting busy'.

There is no SL pregnancy, birth or aging as such so this is not an SL message.  Objects you can make or buy help you roleplay such events if you wish.  If you HAVE got a pregnancy simulator then without knowing which we'd have no idea how it's likely to work.  Read the instructions that came with it and/or contact the seller.
