Marketplace still not delivered what i've bought

Hi.

it's been 3 days already and i still didn't received any item that i've bought on Marketplace.

Tried to contact shop onwer (im + NC + order number) no answer or news

Tried to contact support to force a redeliver : no news from them

any idea on how to get my items since LL do not answer or the creator never answer

 

EDIT1: Don't know if there's a way to answer myself so i edit.

There's no co-owner ect already filled a ticket (and i've said it).

3 day for me is rather as i never had any problem with marketplace and even if a delivery was long it never was more than 24h

3 days is not such a long time, maybe the merchant is on holidays or cannot login at the moment. I would suggest you go the store inworld and see if there are other tenants, co-owners or sellers who might help you.

If you cannot find anyone to talk to, file a ticket under "marketplace" issue.

That's three days over a long holiday weekend, during which many people have been off enjoying the end of summer in RL with friends and family.  Give them another couple of days to get back into the grind.  If you still haven't heard, send a polite reminder.
