Try just logging off and logging back on but setting your log in location to another sim or your home sim.

In addition to the info already given, if you HAVEN'T set up a choice for loggin in, you will need to do that in Preferences. In Firestorm that is under GENERAL and you want to put a check in "start location > show on log in" . Hopefully that will be the same path in your viewer.

 

Also if you are in the BASIC viewer of Viewer 2, you want to change to ADVANCED mode. There is a drop down menu on the login screen.
